Yorba Linda highlight
Richard Nixon Presidential Library
A presidential library and museum in Yorba Linda, dedicated in 1990 and completely renovated and reopened in 2016, operated jointly by the National Archives and the Richard Nixon Foundation.

The Richard Nixon Presidential Library and Museum stands on Yorba Linda Boulevard at the location where President Nixon was born. The library was dedicated on July 19, 1990, and has since become one of California's major cultural institutions, drawing visitors from around the world to explore America's 37th presidency through original documents, photographs, recordings, and artifacts including a replica of the Oval Office during the Nixon administration.
A year-long, $15 million renovation was completed in 2016, reopening the library on October 14, 2016, with nearly 70 new major exhibits and 30 unique multimedia experiences. The collection includes Nixon Presidential Materials in textual, photographic, sound and video formats, along with exhibits on major historical events including Nixon's historic 1972 trip to China. The library operates under a partnership between the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) and the Richard Nixon Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Museums like this one are gathering places where families return at different life stages: a school field trip in one year, an adult visit years later. These milestones matter because they mark the rhythm of a growing household. Protecting your family against the loss of income that would upend that rhythm is what term life insurance does: it covers the years when children are young, mortgages are largest, and the cost of a single lost income would reshape everything.
